Education only

By using VIA Capital you agree that the site is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website is investment, legal, tax or professional advice, and no content should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or financial product.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your login credentials safe. We may suspend or remove any account that submits false information, abuses other users, scrapes the platform, or uses it to solicit investments.

Tools and simulators

Calculators, the tax hub, the IPO centre and the paper trading simulator use standard formulas and publicly available data. Results are illustrative estimates, not guarantees or tax filings. Paper trading uses virtual money only; no real order is ever placed and no brokerage relationship is created.

Advisor marketplace

Where the platform helps you discover NISM certified advisors, VIA Capital acts only as a listing and communication platform. We verify the documents advisors submit to the best of our ability, but we do not provide advice, do not take any commission on an engagement, do not handle payments or your money, and are not a party to any arrangement you make with an advisor. Any fee, service or outcome is strictly between you and that advisor.

Third-party links and referrals

The site links to brokers, exchanges, courses, books and other services. Some of those links are referral links that may earn VIA Capital a small fee at no extra cost to you. A referral link is never a recommendation to invest or trade; always check the provider's own terms, charges and risks.

Intellectual property

Lessons, question banks, designs and written content belong to VIA Capital. You may not redistribute, republish, resell or use them commercially without written permission. Third-party trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

Liability

Content and data are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIA Capital is not liable for any loss arising from actions taken based on information from this site, or from any outage, delay or inaccuracy in third-party data.

Governing law and updates
